Lumon started playing guitar at age 9. By 11, he was playing for a local church choir. As a teenager, Lumon played in several local rock bands. At 18, was lucky to land a gig playing for the U.S. air Force (USO) tour to Alaska for a month. Returning home to Sacramento, he joined a couple of R&B groups performing locally and also played gospel music in a quartet group through the years. 

 

By the early 1990's Lumon was playing full time with several groups touring the Reno - Tahoe - Las Vegas. He has also been blessed to work & perform in:

Tokyo, Japan 

Singapore, Kuala

Lumpur, Malaysia

Manila, Philippines

Honolulu, Hawaii

 

Tired of living out of a suitcase, LC returned home to Sacramento to settle down. He caught up with old high school friends  (Jimi & Julie Morris) and joined the Mercy Me! (band).

Lumon is an accomplished songwriter of Smooth Jazz and Gospel music. He will be releasing his newest cd soon. Stayed tuned!
